We plan on working on all different types of fitness by using the CrossFit program. CrossFit programming fits everyone. They have many different options that will be the right workout for every individual. A lot of people always say, "I need to get in  shape to do Crossfit". That is not true!!!

 CrossFit is different. CrossFit is a very broad area of fitness. We will concentrate on very random workouts and make sure no one gets in the same routine. The idea is for us to have our members ready to take on any task in the real world or at a competition. The community within our affiliate is going to be important to build to make us all work harder and get us closer to accomplishing our goals. CrossFit websitE describes it has: 


CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide, but it is also for everyday people who doesn't want to compete. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing.


The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching CrossFit to children ages 3-18. Based on the principle of mechanics, consistency and then intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence.
